Abstract
In 1975 the Government of India had appointed a working group on Rural Banks to study, in depth, the setting-up of new rural banks to provide the credit requirements of the rural people. It felt that there was a need to set up new institutions and operational ethos entirely different from those obtaining in the public sector banks. The Working Group examined the structure and functioning of the Co-operative credit agencies and commercial banks and brought out the strengths and weaknesses of both. In conclusion, the working group envisaged a new institution which "combines the local feel and familiarity with rural problems. The co-operatives possess the degree of business organisation, ability to mobilise deposits, access to central money markets and modernised outlook which the commercial banks have. This study has examined the association of the inflow and outflow of funds on the financial performance in RRBs.

Abstract
This paper examines the impacts of the global financial crisis (GFC) on Indonesia’s poverty and income distributions and how the Indonesian authorities respond to the crisis employing thefinancial computable general equilibrium (FCGE) model. The 2008 GFC had affected not only the US, but also the rest of the world as the world economy had become more integrated in the recent years. This suggests that asubstantial shock in one country would definitely affect the others significantly including emerging markets like Indonesia whose economy depend heavily on advanced countries. In order to analyze the effects of a financial crisis on poverty and income distribution, one needs a macro-micro approach since most of macro models often neglect micro problems such as poverty and income distribution. This paper simulates two macroeconomicshocks associated with the GFC (i.e., an increase in capital outflow and a decrease in export). The direct results are a decrease in labor demand and de

Abstract
VANET represent a rapidly emerging and challenging class of MANET. In this type of network, each node operates not only as a host but also as a router; promote packets for other mobile nodes. Communication between nodes i.e. vehicles by means of wireless technology has a large potential to improve traffic safety and travel comfort for drivers and passengers. VANET, being an infrastructure-less networks, vehicle will be expected to cooperate to perform essential networking tasks such as routing. In this work, nodes have been used as vehicles and based on evaluation between four mostly used routing protocols Ad hoc on demand distance Vector routing protocol (AODV), Dynamic source routing protocol (DSR), Optimized link state routing (OLSR) and Geographic Routing Protocol (GRP) in VANET scenario. 30 sec time is taken for simulation with varying nodes i.e. 5 nodes, 20 nodes and 40 nodes. Various mobility have been analyzed here which are 10 m/sec and 28 m/sec and performance has be
